Berrey, P.J. Defendant was charged as a prior offender with conspiracy to steal property of a value of at least $150 by means of deceit, a class D felony. The trial court found defendant to be a prior offender pursuant to § 558.016 RSMo 1986, and the jury found him guilty of the charged offense. He was sentenced to four (4) years imprisonment in the State Department of Corrections. He now appeals his conviction and sentence.
